How does Hidaya Foundation arrange Sadaqah in the form of Sacrifice?
Hidaya Foundation uses Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all of its projects to maintain project implementation quality worldwide, in turn it minimizes overhead cost. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Sadaqah in the form of Sacrifice is summarized below:
Step 1: Hidaya Foundation receives funds from donors.
Step 2: Immediately, the request for Sadaqah in the form of Sacrifice is sent to one of Hidaya Foundation’s local or international field offices run by Hidaya paid employees or volunteers, or to partner organizations.
Step 3: The local or international field offices, or partner organization that receives the request arranges and distributes the Sadaqah within 72 hours. Once the Sadaqah has been completed, a confirmation is sent to Hidaya Foundation, USA.
Step 4: Every six months, a project completion report is submitted to Hidaya Foundation, USA for the Sadaqah in the form of Sacrifice performed. In addition a project proposal for next six months is submitted. The project completion report includes details such as the quantity of Sadaqah arranged, towns/villages where Sadaqah was distributed, details of beneficiary families, photographs, etc.
