2019 Update
In 2019, Hidaya Foundation shipped 37 containers filled with donated relief supplies worth over $575,000 for families in need.
In addition, 31 containers with materials and foods worth nearly $525,000 were purchased from international markets to benefit the poor in localities we work.
2018 Report
In 2018, Hidaya Foundation shipped 29 (40 ft) containers with donated in-kind items to benefit poor families in Pakistan.
In addition, Hidaya Foundation purchased 56 containers with the following items from the international market to benefit the poor of South Asia and Africa.
2010 Report
In 2010, Hidaya Foundation shipped 58 (40 ft) containers for the poor and flood affected people of Pakistan with in-kind value of $789,803.53.
Many communities throughout the United States came together to do collection drives, and containers were shipped from several cities throughout the country including: Oakland, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Chicago. Shipments contained new and used clothing, blankets, shoes, household items, toys, medical equipment, computers and more.
2008 Report
Container Shipment
Hidaya Foundation shipped 16 (40 ft.) containers for the poor of Pakistan in 2008.
#15 – *Items were bought in an auction by Hidaya Foundation, therefore count as an asset and can’t be given in-kind value, even though they will be distributed to the poor. This container included over 10,000 Hospital Bed Sheets, over 350 Hospital Mattress Covers, and 940 pairs of army boots valued at over $26,400.
